DELIVERY POLICY: Excellence in delivery is a top priority for us! Please include an accurate phone number for the recipient (all recipients are called unless you request us to not call in "INFORMATION FOR FLORIST" section). We will attempt to coordinate delivery, but if the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left at the front door and we will notify them of the delivery with the information you provide.
Part of our "Rustic Elegance Collection" A gathered bouquet of rich colored PREMIUM jewel tone roses in 2 color combinations with an accent of Italian Ruscus, wrapped in Kraft paper, & tied with a coordinating ribbon. Specify color choice of either RED/BRILLIANT PINK or RED/DEEP PURPLE in the Special Instructions section. Color choice will be at the discretion of the Designer if no color preference is indicated Designer will choose.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
