DELIVERY POLICY: Excellence in delivery is a top priority for us! Please include an accurate phone number for the recipient (all recipients are called unless you request us to not call in "INFORMATION FOR FLORIST" section). We will attempt to coordinate delivery, but if the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left at the front door and we will notify them of the delivery with the information you provide.
A Designer choice arrangement with a pink, white & green theme. Arrangement will be artfully created in a clear glass Jordan style vase, as available. Item will be similar to picture in style and color palette, but flower choice will be Designer chosen, based on seasonality and availability.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Love the arrangement.. absolutely beautiful smaller than the picture.. just thought it would be the size of the picture when you pay $100.00 for an arrangement ---- Florist response: Thank you for your order. In response to your review, you placed an order for the "Deluxe" upgrade which was the $74.99 option. Rest assured you did receive additional blooms and/or more premium blooms within that upgraded option than you would have with the standard choice. Flower choices are based on seasonality and availability as well as seasonal pricing. Our designer chooses the blooms and designs the arrangement based on the price range you choose and the freshest most beautiful blooms available that day in that theme and color. As stated under the deluxe item: "Designer will take care to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement pictured." Our pictures are to give you a style & feel of the arrangement and not designed to be duplicated exactly. I hope that gives you some clarity in your question.
