DELIVERY POLICY: Excellence in delivery is a top priority for us! Please include an accurate phone number for the recipient (all recipients are called unless you request us to not call in "INFORMATION FOR FLORIST" section). We will attempt to coordinate delivery, but if the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left at the front door and we will notify them of the delivery with the information you provide.
A beautiful White, Rustic, Wood or Metallic Lantern will be nestled in an incredible arrangement of Designer selected seasonal blooms to create an incredible statement of sympathy. Color selection and bloom choice are at the discretion of the Designer and based on seasonality and availability. Specify lantern preference by writing in the listed title in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section. Your request will be honored if in stock; otherwise Designer will select an available alternative.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Beautiful arrangement and presentation. I requested wildflowers & a couple of red roses. They accommodated my request. They called to offer choices of lanterns as this specific one was not in stock

Jim was very thoughtful and did a great job with an arrangement for a funeral. He took the time to reach out personally to discuss the details with us, and gave us options and recommendations (and this was for an online order). Highly recommend.
