DELIVERY POLICY: Excellence in delivery is a top priority for us! Please include an accurate phone number for the recipient (all recipients are called unless you request us to not call in "INFORMATION FOR FLORIST" section). We will attempt to coordinate delivery, but if the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left at the front door and we will notify them of the delivery with the information you provide.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

As always, the bouquet was beautiful!! Delivery was great along with a very nice vase. Curly Willow definitely outdid themselves again. You have a long term customer here for sure, my better half loves them and that's what matters. Thank you!
