DELIVERY POLICY: Excellence in delivery is a top priority for us! Please include an accurate phone number for the recipient (all recipients are called unless you request us to not call in "INFORMATION FOR FLORIST" section). We will attempt to coordinate delivery, but if the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left at the front door and we will notify them of the delivery with the information you provide.

Was not notified by the receiptent. Not sure. Was happy that it was delivered at the time requested. ---- Florist Response: We certainly appreciate your order of our lovely wind chime, displayed on a stand with a bouquet of seasonal flowers attached. As we do with all orders, we contacted the recipient the evening before and coordinated a delivery time for the day you requested. We made the delivery as instructed by them and they were very pleased with the item. I am sure they haven't contacted you yet to express their appreciation because of the complexity of the times compounded by the death of their loved one and the quickly approaching holiday....we have no control over that, but rest assured that the item was delivered as requested and the recipient was well pleased.
