DELIVERY POLICY: Excellence in delivery is a top priority for us! Please include an accurate phone number for the recipient (all recipients are called unless you request us to not call in "INFORMATION FOR FLORIST" section). We will attempt to coordinate delivery, but if the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left at the front door and we will notify them of the delivery with the information you provide.
Any of our largest and most exquisite "Grande" Lanterns will be nestled in an beautiful arrangement of Designer selected seasonal blooms to create an incredible large statement of sympathy. Color selection and bloom choice are at the discretion of the Designer and based on seasonality and availability. Lantern available is "GONE YET NOT FORGOTTEN GRANDE LANTERN and contains a flameless LED candle and is made from quality wood and a stainless steel copper finish top. It is equipped with a built-in automatic timer and 3 AAA batteries.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
